We have 5 personal trainers at BFit Lincs, all with different personalities, styles, qualifications and experiences. Whichever trainer you decide to use for your fitness journey, they will help, advise and motivate you each set of the way.

Prices for Personal training at BFit are as follows but please consult with your PT for any joint training sessions or further packages. RLH prices differ so please speak with Rebecca for more information.

BFit Lincs - Personal Training – Amy Atkins

I am the owner of Bfit Lincs Gym, I am also a mum of two young girls, so I understand the pressures of everyday life. I qualified as a Personal Trainer after leaving the Royal Air Force in 2014 and 3 months after my 2 nd daughter was born. I have always had a keen interest in sports as I have fought in the sport of Judo for the past 30 years. As a Personal Trainer I will encourage and motivate so that we get the very best out of you. I will make our sessions as fun and relaxed as possible whilst at the same time working you to your limits. I have exceptionally high standards and am committed to excellence. My personal training sessions will motivate you and enable you to achieve your goals. Working together I will give you the guidance, support and determination to succeed.

K.D Development Personal Training - Kerim Djerbi

Our fitness is important and something we should all enjoy. My aim is to create a positive and fun experience for clients, using the best of my knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals.

About me:
Sport and Fitness has always been something I have been passionate about! I started playing football competitively when I was 10 for many years, played at Grimsby Academy for 2 years with Gary Childs and John McDermott as my coaches (for any of you town fans). I first became a fitness instructor when I was 17 at the Grimsby Institute, from then I was able to progress myself at Bfit Lincs Gym and get my Level 3 Personal Training qualification along with many others!
Away from fitness I like doing what most 21-year olds like to do, nights out with my friends, spending the odd day hungover…we’re all human, it happens!
I love travelling, seeing different cultures and visiting famous landmarks. I have lived abroad as well, I spent just under 3 years living in Algeria which was a different experience to say the least!

I help people achieve their goals, whether that be running that race, sitting pain free at their desk, playing a full 80 minutes of a rugby game or returning to fitness after an operation this is the reason why i do what i do! There’s no better feeling than having such a rewarding job and loving every minute of it! I have eleven years experience in the Sports Therapy industry and have been the therapist for Market Rasen Rugby Club for last 10 years.

As a Sports Therapist i am offering Rehab Personal Training. This is perfect for people who have recently recovered from an operation and require specific strengthening and exercise guidance, anyone who may have suffered an injury and or are struggling with a repetitive strain injury that is aggravated during training, i can help! Just because you may be struggling it does not mean you cannot get the desired body you wish for.
