Fit2Ride specifically designed to aid you in your horse riding abilities or that skiing holiday you have coming up! Tone and exercise those important muscles and also build on your balance! This class will get you fitter, improve your legs and core strength aswell as firm those Gluteal muscles

Boogie Bounce   Workout on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar. It’s plenty of cardio and every muscle in the body is worked. including legs, bums and tums!
