ABS BLAST – Abs Blast is a 30-minute workout aimed at developing core muscles, helping to build strength, improve posture and tone abs.

BOOGIE BOUNCE® – Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program on a mini trampoline, with a safety T-Bar Handle, choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the decades. Boogie Bounce delivers a full-body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes.

BOXERCISE® – Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging, and safe workout that is great for stress-busting! Accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

COMBAT® – Combat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness! No experience is needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

CIRCUITS – Circuit classes are high-energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Yard Circuit will take place in our new outside area and Gym Circuit will be in the gym.

FAT BLAST – Fat Blast is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises and finishes with core training for a complete workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.

GENTLE FIT – Gentle Fit is designed to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, balance, and strength to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence. This class is ideal for those who are older, new to exercise, with joint problems or limited mobility.

HIIT – HIIT is a full-body workout that uses interval training with high-intensity exercises to help build cardiovascular fitness and also improve muscular strength and endurance. Feel challenged to push to your limits and walk out feeling strong!

HIITStep® – HIIT Step is an innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. Using the principles of High-Intensity Interval Training, this class is choreographed to bespoke soundtracks created by some of the UK’s top House DJs. This class is high energy and will push you to new limits.

KB LBT – Kettlebell Legs, Bum and Tums is designed to tone your legs, glutes, abs, and core using a kettlebell. This class will put your legs, bums, and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate!

KETTLEBELLS – This class uses dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance.

KIDS BOX CIRCUIT – A fun boxing class that will help improve fitness, endurance, speed, and power in a circuit style! For kids aged 10-15.

KIDS SPIN – Spin for kids! Spin along to fun music to improve fitness levels and endurance! For ages 10-15.

LBT – Legs, Bums & Tums is designed to target those common problem areas! This class will help you to build muscle and tone up.

PIYO® – PiYo is a fitness programme from Beachbody that combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility-enhancing effects of yoga. Set to music, this dynamic, energetic program will help tone and strengthen the whole body!

PILATES – Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

POWERBLAST – Power blast will strengthen, sculpt, and tone your body shape. You will work opposing muscle groups back to back and push them to the max

POWERHOOP® – Powerhoop is a fun class using weighted hula hoops! This class will help strengthen and slim your stomach, back, waist, hips, thighs and bum.

RIP RX® – RIP is a barbell program for all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows you to work at their own level to build strength and tone all areas of the body.

SPIN – Spin is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. We offer a range of different spin classes such as Spin & Tone which also includes toning using the gym, Dance Spin which is to the beat of the music and involves safe dance moves on the bike and also Spin HIIT, which is high intensity interval training for 30 minutes!

STRONG Nation® – STRONG Nation classes combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training. All moves are synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

TRAIN WITH TRACE! – This class will be taken by the lovely Tracey and will be different each week! Fun, energetic and just the right level of tough!

TRX® – TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

YOGA – Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.
